About
We do not attempt to upsell over the phone or while inspecting homes. Our approach was always to pack more critical services together as one streamlined inspection for our client base.
As your home inspector, if it's best to use my thermal camera, I will. If I observe that the property fits the criteria for a Wood-Destroying Organisms Inspection, then you will receive a Wood-Destroying Organisms report. Not familiar with house terminology, reports contain photos & illustrations. If a client is concerned, what if we miss something? Clients receive a 90-day warranty with every inspection.
I love meeting new people in general. Just as I love learning about the properties, I inspect. I love being in different environments and seeing different homes styles. I like to observe the creativity used when it comes to upgrading a home. I also enjoy being of service to others as the work is fulfilling.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process is more a quick Q&A via phone or through our website's contact page. I would ask the client if they had a home inspection before. I then explain the level of service in addition to the 90-day warranty and or termite protection plan that will be attached to the report(s). Lastly, I let clients know I will follow up with them in a few days. However, I inform them reach out to me once they had time to review the report(s) and have more questions or concerns.

Father was a general contractor, fortunate to be around the field of construction from a young age. Residential and commercial electrical and HVAC maintenance background. Yearly continuing education courses relating specifically to our industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, our standard prices are listed on our website. So no guesswork on cost. We have the prices set up by the family size of the home to be inspected.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Scan through some local home inspector websites and ask yourself if you're are being provided with useful or generic information. Chances are your report will look the same.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask yourself if you want the home inspected for reassurance or negotiating purposes. Will you understand technical jargon, or do you want photos and illustrations in the report. Will you need estimates or a warranty of any kind? With this in mind, you're helping yourself and the home inspectors you interview.
