What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for 20 years. My goal is quality and decency. For one reason: you can trust me. I enjoy working with my clients. I love the project from start to finish and I see smiles on the faces of my clients. I know there can be a scary stranger in your house. Therefore, I tell you exactly when I will come and what I will do, after which I will leave you a note and will always give you links and contact information.
