Our dog trainer ,walkers and care-takers are fully trained and experienced in pet care and NYC dog walking for the urban environment. Your dog will enjoy daily excursions throughout the streets of Manhattan and to many of it's beautiful parks. Our NYC dog walking services are meant to empower your pet and give him the exercise and fulfilling lifestyle every dog desires. We offer a wide range of NYC dog walking options in order to best match you and your dogs activity level. Whatever your needs are, Pampered Paws is here to fulfill them. We assist with grooming and veterinarian appointments. Our NYC dog walkers are knowledgeable of the animal friendly Manhattan and Brooklyn hot spots and happily willing to inform. With Pampered Paws, your stress is relieved. You can work, vacation or enjoy a night out knowing that your pet is in qualified and loving hands. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with 15- 20 min assesstment of the needs of the pooch and you (just the first session) our 1 hour training session focused on the specific needs of owner and pup. Introduces new training techniques and behaviors. Held in home or outdoors. The first thing that your pooch needs to learn is basic obedience : heel, sit,no and stay, will teach you how to be the alpha and when and how to make a propper correction when needed depending on the issue or issues , is not the same to deal with leash pulling than agression, we offer a free service of support by phone 7 days a week if you hired us,

Yes, for this site i have an introductory rate of 80 per session, my regular rate is 120 per session
How did you get started in this business?
Year 2001 i started working as a dogwalker for 6 months for one of the biggest dogwalking companies in New York , the owner of another smaller dogwalking company took me with her then we work together for 9 years where i became the general manager.
In 2010 i became independent offering a wide variety of services on the upper west side, brooklyn and queens such as dogwalking, walk and train, boarding and daycare.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Pretty much every kind, same with dogs
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
No clicker trainers or positive training trainers.... not because their techniques and methods don't work its because you will paying each session and what they can achieve i can do it in half or less of the time , get somebody certified, ask for their credentials, anybody can get an online course or said i learn by myself, well I'm not i studied, i know the latest and proven techniques to help you with any issue
