About
We use the finest products and latest equipment available to groom your pet in a loving, safe, and clean environment. We work on appointment and aim to have your dog in and out in under 2-3 hours (depending on size). We have open pens which allows us to keep our eyes on your pup the entire time they are in our care. We do not have a "back room" and have an open concept salon. If your pup is elderly, has anxiety issues, or simply does not like the grooming process, we can accommodate most needs.
Gaining the trust of our two and four legged customers. Once you try us, you'll never go back to dropping your pup off all day! We are a stress free environment for us and the pets!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At drop off we will have a consultation to evaluate your pups needs. We try our best to accommodate owner requests, but the dog comes first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a staff of 3, who have been mentored and worked alongside some of the finest groomers in the state. Unfortunately for the grooming industry, a license or certificate does not exist. It is very important that you trust the groomer you hire. Not only are we skilled at grooming, we volunteer our time with rescues, are animal lovers and advocates, and have the patience and training to deal with difficult animals. Trust is number one for you and your pets.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not. Each dog needs to be evaluated based on coat, behavior, etc. We will give you an estimate over the phone, and will give you a firm price at check in. We will honor the quote given, however you must alert us if your pet is hard to handle, has a history of biting at equipment, has fleas, or is difficult for nails. We do not turn you away for these reasons, we need to know for our own safety and the safety of your pet, and other pets in our care. Failure to notify us of possible flea infestation can result in a cleaning fee of up to $50, plus cost of groom. If you make us aware, we can go right to the tub for a flea bath, and it is nothing to be ashamed of, we have 4-5 pets in our homes, we understand these things happen and are often out of our control. You will never be judged for being upfront and honest with us!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you trust your groomer! Great grooming isn't cheap, and cheap grooming isn't great!
