What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, when negotiationg with the costumer it's always important to get the information about the square feet for the system installation. After provided information we choose the best possible option with the customer.
During the 48 hours we send the proposal, in case of agreement we start working as soon as possible. After finishing our work we make inspection with the customer and when we get sure that the system works properly that's when we finish our duties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees are OSHA 30, OSHA 10, Site Safety Training and Fire Department certificated.
