What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+years of building experience. I have a lot of certification , plumbing, electrical ,wisco pex, lead paint removal certification. I an probably forgetting one or two more. I love my job I like to make the home owner dreams come true on a timely manner. I will never cut conors it never at all my theory is do it right or don't do it at all .

How did you get started in this business?
i have worked for a lot of contractor's on must jobs for them i was in charge if they were not there ,did't like the way they were charging i thought it was way to much seeing what they were paying me ,and i was the one making them the money ,and also giving them a good name for the work that me and my team did .so i said one day no more wacthing people get screwed by them (the other contrators) so i said i can do this so i did i am on the job every day with my guys working right beside them the hole time .
What types of customers have you worked with?
i have worked with all kinds of them men ,woman ,gay,stright ,mean,nice and also the older people on fixed incomes .but i allway's keep it about the homeowners and what they wanted and also needed at the time.to me this is a loaded qustion in my thoughts everyone is all the same ,plain and simply u treat me good i treat u good

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
ask's around everyone out there ,there will be someone that don't like them .but ask for prove of the work they say they can do .and remenber cheap labor is un skilled labor ,u get what u pay for.and allway get a contract

they need to know what they want and how they want it
