Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to set up a time to speak with the new client and get a rundown on their background and what their goals are for either buying or selling and go from there. Speaking on the phone is the best way for me to ask any questions that I need to know and a good way to build some rapport with my client.s
How did you get started in this business?
My father has been a broker/owner of this real estate company, Beers and Associates Real Estate for 30+ years and a Realtor for 40+ years so I was grown up and introduced to the business at a very young age.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Out of state, Out of country, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire a pro that's willing to dedicate all of their time to your success and look out for your best interest. A lot of times "pros" look out for themselves but you need a pro who is going to be there for you when you need them and explain any concerns to you that you may have. Hire a pro that is on your side of the fence!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Anything that pops in your mind, ask away. I'm here to answer.
