I love how I feel when I see how the dog or cat is starting to trust me. If they have ever had a bad experience, I know they will be able to trust again after I groom them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions regarding age, health, allergies etc. I always give the pet parents the option of joining me in the Rv while I groom their pet. What ever makes the dog/cat more comfortable. I try and learn as much as I can about there past grooming experiences. If it was unpleasant, I find out why and I make sure I correct it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for grooming at PIC Dog Grooming School in 1978. I graduated after a 6 month course.
I started working at a shop right after graduating. They really took me under their wing and taught me what I really needed to know about dog grooming. I worked for 5 years for Petco mobile grooming, and was one of the most requested groomers.

I like to make it affordable for people to keep their pets clean and comfortable. My usual price is 55.00 for dogs, and 75.00 for cats. No matter what is needed for your pet, except exceptional matting, there is no additional charges.
Exceptional matting charge 20.00 extra.
