About
Paws & Relax is a total pet wellness company, offering grooming, massage, & nutrition counseling & products. I own & operate this business myself inside the newest Body Spa Salon: Paws & Claws boarding facility. Since I am a small, boutique operation, I am able to focus on giving every pet the royal treatment, one-on-one with the utmost care, attention, &, of course, lots of love. I am a certified AMCP & am trained in pet CPR & have been in business for the past 3 years, so your furry loved one is in great, capable hands.
My passion for pet nutrition has exploded in the past 9 months since finding pawTree, a holistic, human-grade, all-natural pet company & seeing the amazing results my own pets have had. Since that, I have begun my journey into getting certified in pet nutrition. I truly believe in providing the very best care for your pet begins from the inside out. My mission is to help every pet I meet obtain optimal wellness through natural, homeopathic diets & treatments.
Who doesn't find working with animals enjoyable & satisfying?! (If you can think of someone, may I strongly recommend weeding them out of your circle; you don't need that kind of negativity in your life!) Our pets are always there for us & love us unconditionally. What more rewarding career than to give back to them to help them live their best lives?! I especially love transformations! Whether it's a messy mutt cleaned up, Cinderella rescue story, or a dietary change taking a pet off expensive pharmaceuticals & diets, I'm committed to building a world of unconditional love where pets & their people thrive.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Safety first! Every new client will need to provide proof of up-to-date immunizations because the facility does have pets who board there. After that. I like to examine the pet, physically, to see their skin & coat condition, as well as get an idea of their current diet. (I offer free 20min dietary consultations!) Then it's time to discuss goals: what you want done (salon-wise) & what you want to see or not see in your pet's current situation. I always make sure the owner hands off the pet to me, either by hand or giving me their leash. This signifies to the pet that their trusted caretaker is putting their trust in me & it helps them to be more comfortable & amiable right from the start.
