I love to help. What I live for is when the cat goes home and bounces around the house. I love being able to give owners a solution they didn't know existed. We don't have to live with hairballs, shedding, dirty behinds, smelly cats etc. That is not part of cat owning. There is a better lifestyle. I want to help cats live the lifestyle they deserve. Cat grooming is my passion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A few serious of questions during the first initial phone call. I figure out pretty quickly if this is a client I want or not. I want to know what type of cat im up against. Then at the appt. Time I verify vaccines. I do an assessment. First is seeing the position of the cat in the carrier. Then its hands on. Then I discuss style options. I tell owner I will call or return at a specific time. I groom cat. Discuss recommendations based on temperament, health age etc. They pay and pre-book next appt. If they want half off price otherwise I give very limited space to once a tear clients, but im not seeking those for the most part
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started bathing blowing dogs at young age. Liked it. Got into New York School of Dog Grooming. Groomed on amd off since then. Studied creative grooming and stumbled upon a cat grooming course. It was life changing for me. It has opened a whole new world to me and I have been hyper focused ever since. Im good at. It came naturally to me. This is what I was meant to do in life. I am NM first Certified Feline Master Groomer and 1 of a few hundred in the world. I can handle cat clientele by the numbers. It doesn't stress me out. I am happier than I have ever been in fact
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do. I start with basic package grooming dsh and dlh bath and blow out and I do my upsellf from there. Every service I offer along with complete pricing structure is on my website.
How did you get started in this business?
As a kid I would spend alot of time with my best friend. Ger mom had a home bades grooming business and I would help. As soon as I turned 18 I went to school. Grooming has always been where I found my extreme focus
