We did a bathroom renovation, complete gut job. Rick handled contractor, permits (condo board questions and applications), everything and brought the project in on budget.
The end result is stunning. More space, and the design coordinates with the buildings architecture. Entirely recommend working with Rick on your next project

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have an in depth interview so I can get to know your style and needs. I also enjoy showing random design photos and have the client rate the design. This provides me with really good insight as to your aesthetic preference.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. in Interior Architecture & Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I prefer to use a fixed price fee structure which is outlined in a letter of agreement.
