I always ask new clients the well being of their dog first & then ask what kind of haircut you want & what exactly they are looking for from the grooming

How did you get started in this business?
I started as a bather as a part time time 4 years ago as I went to university but as the years went by I realized what I’ve always wanted to do is work in the grooming industry helping pets feel and look their best without harming them. Now that school is nearing its end I am trying to do this full time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all types of customers with different wants and needs but they all have something in common, the well being of their dogs. I would never work with anyone that prioritizes vanity vs humanity
