I hired Jim to do some maintenance work on my roof which is old and in need of repair. Its
a compound roof with areas of slate, copper, and old tin. All these areas have leaked in the

I was originally quoted $400 and then more materials added on to that. He works pretty
hard. It was hard to get him there for the whole time. He came on a Sunday to put the
scaffdol up. I think he worked a total of 8 hours. I liked him. He is pretty competent and
