What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Let me know the address to be inspected. I'll provide you with a quote. We will work together on a inspection time and day. I'll send you my inspection agreement for you to sign and then we are good to go.
2. I'll take 100-200 pictures, 360 Views of all the interior rooms and the exterior landscape. I'll typically have the report to you with-in 24 to 48 hours, obviously depending on the busy season.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To become a Licensed Home Inspector you need to go thru a tremendous amount of training that is required by the State of New Jersey. I am a certified and licensed home inspector. I am InterNachi Member in good Standing. Certified in HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing, Indoor Air Quality, Decks, Electrical and many more certifications.
