What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They fill out and applicaiton online. We offer the a competive price. We schedule and appointment based on location and availability. When we arrive we discuss how the pup should be groomed start to finsh. Customer typically pays via electronic payment. We post a picture of thier pups on our personal facebook pages.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Groomer, with constant continuing eduction in my field, always improving ideas and styles, providing great quality work.

Based on breed and size, some dogs require more time based on coast and condition, some require extra time for size.
How did you get started in this business?
Had a passion all my life to groom professionally. Had a passion to start my own business. Researched Mobile and put that all together to become what it is today. A flurshing bussiness that grows continually.

Im very happy every day, its a new day, its another pet that get special love and attention. They always walk out happy and smelling?looking awesome. I take pride in my work and it shows by my referalls.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you look at their portfolio to acquire what your looking for. Make sure the vehicle and envirionment looks well care for, clean and the general attitude of the employees on the truck.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do they want a low maintenace grooming so they have minimal work in between visits. Ask for repeat visits before they leave. Make sure to look at your pet when completed to understand you have what you asked for.
