What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first visit I get accuainted with your pet, ask about the type of hair they have (dry, oily, any allergies) and what natural products are better to use.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years experience working with both feline and canine friends. Worked in Japan for 2 years and gained experience with Asian Fusion style of hair cuts. I also dying services and nail polish.

How did you get started in this business?
I apprenticed with a groomer with 25 years experience and was later employed by the number 1 grooming shop in AR, called Gina’s Pet Salon.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am familiar with all customers, difficult dogs and cats and puppies. I can set your puppy up for good grooming experiences throughout their life time.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Animal rights are becoming more strict and benefit our furry family that can’t speak for themselves.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Unlike a human haircut, we groomers look over the whole pet. A good groomer will make sure to clean out ears and look over the dogs coat for any abnormalities and most important have a good relationship with said pet so each visit is enjoyable.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First question is what are my pets grooming needs?
How often does my pet need grooming? This varies greatly with the breed.
How much experience does a groomer have? This is very important bc a confident groomer will inspire confidence in your pet.
What kind of products are being used. We all care about what goes on our bodies and I make sure to use all natural products on my furry clients.
