What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to customer on the phone. Set up an in person meeting to look at their home and walk through to understand the requirements. Provide a written estimate the following day that explains all of the materials, their costs and labor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technicians have gone through trade school and graduated. They also have their refrigeration certifications as well as multiple product / manufacturers certifications.

All homes have different requirements. There is not a true standard pricing list.
How did you get started in this business?
We always wanted to own and operate a family business. Once the pandemic hit and the boys were on fulough we decided to give it a go. We went heavy into marketing and started with some small repair jobs. And have been growing since.

A wide array of customers. Home owners, Landloard's, flippers, commercial, manufactured homes, small business.
