What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each Real estate transaction is different in its own manor so I do not approach any of them with a cookie cutter approach. I enjoy what I do and bring that with me.
The best approch to the sale of a home is to meet with you and compaire your home to others homes a potential buyer would be looking at. I can give you some cheap and simple things to do which will add value to your home.
If your a new buyer I like to explain the entire process and as we view homes point out things you may not notice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the NYS Real Estate Sales Person training and am State Certified. I was awarded the Rookie of the Year award by the Dutchess County Assoc. of Realtors in 2018 as well as the "Leading Edge" award from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. in 2019 I was inducted into the "Presidents Circle" for my sucess in 2019.

If you are a buyer my service costs you nothing.
If you are a seller there is a commission fee.
How did you get started in this business?
I retired from Law Enforcement and wanted to continue to help people so this seemed a logical choice.

I was able to find a first time home buyer a home and close on it under very difficult conditions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not jump at the first person that walks up to you and tels you everything you want to hear, talk to a few Realtors and see who you want to work with.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Buyers: Wants/Needs/ Would Likes, example:
Want: 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, in XYZ School District
Need: 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath
Would likes: Pool, close to train, move in ready
Sellers: Are you ready to sell
