What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since every house is different, we begin with a staging consult for occupied homes and vacant homes. Consideration is made to the condition of the house, the way the rooms are situated, colors, and other details buyers pay attention to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated and trained with many of the industries leaders. Numerous years working in the retail industry has allowed me to understand what markets want and will purchase, this is the fundamental knowledge to getting a house sold. The marketing is key to attracting buyers. If the house is merchandised properly for the market, it will resonate with buyers and attract offers.

Because every house is different the pricing varies. Most homeowners find they can stage their house around 1 to 3% of the listing price of the house. That will generally give a seller between 7 to 10% return.
