I love meeting people and helping them have positive and rewarding relationship with their dogs. I work with the owner and give them the tools to understand their dog and have a relationship free of frustration. With some consistent boundaries your dog can be trusted to go anywhere with you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first talk to the owner and get to know them and their goals and establish methods that will work for the owner. I like to see a commitment on the owner's part to the welfare of their dog. I then like to meet the dog and see the temperment and evaluate the best strategy to meet the goals estlished. I like to meet and involve all the family members that will be in the dog's life to get them on board.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training methods of positive reinforcement. I have experience with the Koehler Method of dog training, and have had training with retrieving dogs. I have much experience with dogs and understand how they think and how genetics affect their drives and energy levels and thus how to reach them and use their genetics to our advantage.
