What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the potential client in order to get an idea of what they are looking for. I will schedule a date and time to go view the home to make further assessments and measurements.
I will determine what materials are needed for the job and the costs of materials and labor and give the client the quote for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working inside and outside of homes for 6 years and my staff has more experience in doing the work than myself.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a standard pricing system. I go on a case by case basis because some clients want more expensive materials, which add to the overall cost of the project.
How did you get started in this business?
I was working for someone else doing small jobs in homes and decided to work for myself.
