I liked his professionalism and his willingness to help us figure out the situation. We had previously had other plumbers who were not sure of how to fix the problem and they did not offer to research how to . In less than a day Action Air came back to us with information. His research yielded a positive solution and we were able to locate the company from which to order the replacement parts. He also told us that the part had a lifetime warranty, which saved us a lot of money. Action Air immediately scheduled an appointment as soon as we received the replacement part and our work was completed in less than a week. I was also happy with his quality of work and how pleasant he was. It was evident he loved his trade and took pride in what he does.
