All of our employees are experts in their particular field. The last mover that we hired has been with us for 4 years! We don't have a high turnover rate and we prefer it that way. As a family owned business, we believe it is our responsibility to give you the best service at every turn, while staying comfortable and familiar with our customers like a family should! We will go over everything in detail, walk you through different resources and websites available to people moving so that they can protect themselves, and prepare you as best as possible for the next transition of your life! We love what we do, and we love being a part of people's lives in such stressful times. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our specialists will go over the details of your move with you on the phone to make sure that we know every single factor going into your particular relocation. We will go over a list of inventory with you, determine if additional services are needed, and do our best to come within your budget whilst also accounting for everything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our sales representatives receive extensive training to compliment their existing customer service experience. They know all of our terms and conditions down to the punctuation marks, which means they can go into detail extensively without promising things we are unable to deliver. All of our on site staff are polite, courteous, and professional. They are trained and knowledgeable of every single item that could possibly be in your house, how to properly disassemble and wrap that item, how to move it, etc. Our customer's on site experience is always exceptional.
How did you get started in this business?
We love helping people! This industry is so awesome and rewarding. We recognize that we are coming into people's lives at a very stressful and hectic time. We are able to step in, facilitate the move, ease the customer's mind, while simultaneously being part of something great! Basically, we have the chance to be a part of the next chapter of your life. That's awesome! We are humbled and honored to have the opportunity to share this with you, and to be the people that you trust to bring your belongings there safely.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I think it's safe to say that I won't have enough room to fit the real answer. Here's the short version... we've worked with everyone! There is not a single type of customer, type of move, or peculiar circumstance that we haven't been a part of. We are the pros!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice that we give our customers is just this... be mindful! This industry isn't very highly regulated and you're putting a lot of trust into someone! Make sure you do your due diligence. Check out reviews, look at government credentials and public records, and just overall make sure the company you're dealing with actually does what they say they do. Stay away from brokers and subcontractors! We are proud to be the people you can trust from start to finish, but not everyone can say the same. Ask one of our reps to extensively go over all of the different resources available to you as a customer, and we will! We certainly have nothing to hide, and we'd much rather be dealing with a smart, confident consumer.
