What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have to meet the owner and dog/cat/pet before we move on to make sure the pet is comfortable with myself.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No there is no standard pricing. The cost will depend on where the pet owner lives, as well as the type of pet and also the size/number of the dogs and the number of the cats as well as other pets. There is no one size that fits all.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business with my love for pets be it dogs, cats, rabbbits, hamsters, fish etc.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, couples, families etc. with all types of animals from rabbits and hamsters to dogs, cats and fish.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have had a few times where one of my owners was locked out of their house and the owner called me to help them get in their house. I came over as soon as possible with the keys that I had and opened up the door.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice is definitely make sure you meet the person who will be taking care of your pet, not just the contact person, but the person who will be directly taking care of your pet. And also make sure you talk to references as many as you can.
