What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether meeting with a buyer or a seller, we have a one on one consultation to determine your needs, your motivation, your outcome.
After the initial outcome, we go to work putting together comps if you are a seller, or finding properties for sale that meet your requirements.
We are constantly in contact with our clients. For our sellers we have a weekly phone call to let you know what is going on with your sale. With our buyers, we will notify you as soon as a house hits the market or one you like gets reduced. In this crazy market, who you work with matters!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our agents have designations that will correspond to our clients :
ABR - Accredited buyers representative
CNE- Certified negotiation expert
SRS - Seller Representative Specialist

Buyers never pay a commission, sellers do. Our commission rates are negotiable.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We host buyer seminars where we bring our extended team of experts to help buyers understand the entire process from our original conversation to the closing table.
We host neighborhood events for our community, like our shred event. Along with our extended team of professionals, we bring in a shred truck and serve refreshments. And, there is always an awesome prize that one lucky winner will walk away with!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research! Ask your family and friends for recommendations. Look at that agent's online reviews to see what strangers think of that agent. Then, interview that agent. Experience is key here. It doesn't take much to get a real estate license in NJ. Make sure your agent is local, full time, always learning, and has excellent negotiation skills.
