What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the personality and needs of your pet to ensure a stress free experience while they are in our care. Since there may be other guests we require proof that your pet is up to date on vaccinations and are given a topical flea treatment within 14 days of the stay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lifelong cat lovers and owners with over 8 years working with animal rescues. While at the rescue we fostered, administered medication, evaluated cats wellness, provided hospice care, and socialized the more challenging cats.
