Hi My names is Donna.I have been grooming for almost 10 years. I worked for Petsmart for 5 years and for a private groomer for 4 years.
i have had my very important and loyal customers for years
i love what I do and would love to pamper your pet any way I can
I love meeting new people with there loving fur babies because like me and my 5 pups I know people love there pets like they are there children and I know I would treat you pet like it was my own pampering your dog is like you going shopping they love being clean and happy

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask as many questions as need to lean about there per andcwould want the customer to ask as many questions as they needed to feel comfortable
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the grooming industry since 2011. I started as a bather at Petsmart and within a month they sent me to grooming school I stayed with Petsmart for 5 years then left for personal family tragedy and went to work for a private groomer for 4 years

Pricing varies : By Breed And by how much of brushing and or dematting or shaving that has to be done
How did you get started in this business?
i was an accountant for 21 years loss my job for 2 years and decided that I loved to be with animals what would I do so I did an online dog grooming class did all of the work on my own dogs then went to Petsmart
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with everyone and will tell you if I can not do your cat/dog being they are to much to handle so neither you baby or my self will not get hurt
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Alway ask questions if you are not sure about a groomer A lot of people think we are vets but we are not but we do work closely with your pet and see many different things on your pet you would not and we do tell every pet parent if the findings
