What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet with my potential clients first. Since we'll be working together for the next few months, it's important to be on the same page and to make sure we're a good fit. I get to know the family, what they're looking for, and their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Rutgers with Computer & Electrical Engineering degree, but moved to Pharma sales position for 11+ years. Fell in love with real estate investing and formed my own company in 2015. Currently licensed with with Halo Realty in Piscataway, NJ.

Realtor fees are paid by the seller. Thus, if you're buying a home, our services our included. If you're selling a home, then we will work together on the pricing structure based on certain criteria.
How did you get started in this business?
Fell in love with real estate in 2015 after attending an investment workshop. Quickly picked up my realtor license shortly after that in order to be able to help with all types of real estate transactions.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Banks, homeowners, first time homebuyers. I'm very familiar with all types of scenarios.
