I am an experienced agent that puts my clients' needs first and foremost throughout the buying or selling process.

Educating and coaching clients so that they are armed to make the best decision possibly is something that I take pride in.

Since I have been in the industry for over 17 years, I have established relationships with contractors, attorneys and all professionals that may be needed while selling or purchasing a home. My resources are available to all of my clients during their transaction and for years to follow.

Making a difference for others has always been a drive of mine. Being a realtor affords me that opportunity as I help clients acheive their goals with their real estate needs.

I spend time volunteering with an organization that assists home buyers acheive their dreams of buying a home. My participation allows me to teach buyers about the home buying process while providing them with a safe environment to ask questions and arm them with tools necessary to make a purchase.

    There should be more than 5 stars to rate Cheryl. Cheryl helped with both the purchase of our new home as well as with the sale of our previous home. We purchased a bank owned property that presented many obstacles in which we thought would never amount to us owning the home. I still to this day do not know how she got the transaction completed. We had been looking for homes with her for approximately 2 years. We werent sure where we wanted to be and changed our minds several times determining the best location for us.
    Cheryl made suggestions based on what we liked and wanted in a home and educated us on the auction and bank owned process. Her team of professionals that she works with is invaluable! If you are looking for efficient, strong willed and someone willing to fight for you to obtain what you want, then Cheryl is the one for you. We are so grateful that we met her and cant wait to have her over for our house warming.

    First have a phone conversation establishing client's needs then set up a an interview to go over in detail my approach, their requirements and if we are a fit for one another.

    Once we are in agreement, we start either viewing homes or put together a marketing strategy to sell their home.
