What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down and discuss with my Clients all aspects of what they are trying to accomplish with respect to Real Estate, and walk them through every step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. I have over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Procurement and Project Management, both in Corporate America and in Real Estate.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing in Real Estate is Commission based, and can be discussed directly with the client during our initial meeting.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a passion for Real Estate and took all the necessary steps in otaining my Realtors License. My background, as mentioned above has afforded me the opportunity to handle all aspects of the real estate business specifically with respect to negotiating the best deal for my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with various clients: Land Developers, architects, builders, and both Residential and Commercial Clients, both on the Selling and Purchasing sides. I have extensive experience in all phases of New Construction from planning through selling.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of many events in my real estate career. They are all tied around meeting with my clients, Discussing what they are trying to accomplish, and then working closely with them to achieving their goals, being with them throughout the entire project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There are many people in Real Estate. But my first and foremost advice would be to select someone that they like, someone they feel comfortable working with, and someone they trust!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Before speaking and meeting with a Professional in any given category, a customer should have a basic plan of what it is that they are trying to accomplish. Once the intial plan is in place, I would then contact the professional to discuss the intial plan, and then go through it with the professional, and fine tune and execute the plan.
