What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers typically find me through referrals or online and contact me. Customers typically ask for rates and I send them a link to my scheduler page so they can add in the info that I need to give them all the rates for all the services that they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have previously been a builder, a real estate investor, have graduated at The Inspection Experts School in Florida, take continuing education all year long to keep all of my licenses and certifications up to date, quaterly educational seminars, online education etc. etc. etc.
