We had a home inspection done last week with David and I have nothing but great things to say! I had been looking online and calling inspectors for estimates until we found Polo & Associates Home Inspections. Pricing/timing was very reasonable and we were able to get the general home inspection done along with the sewer and pool in one shot (all the other inspectors I called couldn't provide one or the other and I would've had to call others to complete the sewer/pool)! David was a professional. He made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. The report was emailed to me within 24 hours and was very detailed, which I loved because when it came down to review it with my attorney, I could remember exactly every concern I had!
