About
Our goal is to ensure that the homebuyer is educated, confident and fully informed - before, during, and after, the home-buying experience. We go out of our way to do our part to help make the home buying experience pleasant and easy.
Linda is one of only a few female inspectors in the region and offers her clients a background that makes her uniquely qualified for the job.
She has performed over three thousand inspections, residential and commercial, and received many accolades from clients, realtors and attorneys. In fact in many cases home sellers hire her for their own inspections on their new homes, after having seen her work.
Linda holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and has worked for top major engineering firms around the country.
