What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give the client a call ask what problem the clients has or need for her dog. Ask what type of dog age . Let her know the price and time involve. Set up an appointment and meet with them and the dog. I will work around the availability of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a career diploma Dog Obediance Trainer/ Instructor from Penn Foster. I have been training for 20 Years. I train also dogs to become therapy dogs and was involved in 911, nursing home hospice with my therapy dog Sambro for 14 years. sambro died in 2014.
