What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with at-home consultation where a lot is addressed from layout to paint color.
Then a Professional Proposal is submitted and once agreed Staging starts. Every house is different so projects vary: either designing vacant homes with rental furniture and our accessories or working with what home owner has.
Then we bring our photographer to make sure your listing shines with professional lighting and unique exposure!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified Staging Professional and Licensed Realtor.
I have background in kitchen design and sales prior to starting my own business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Consultations range between $200-$500
Vacant Staging is $500 per room plus cost of furniture : bathrooms, entry way is included no extra charge
Occupied is determined on what needs to get done.

I have passion for designing spaces and real estate! Always wanted to have my own company:)
