What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, an on-site meeting or in-depth phone conversation to determine the customers needs. From that we provide a written quote for the work discussed. We answer all questions regarding the work of the quote. Once approved we set up a scheduled time to permorm the work. This will take into account the lead time of parts/equipment required. Once the work is completed, we review the results and recommend proper operating procedures for the equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company owner is a licensed professional engineer in the state of NY. He has 35 years of industry experience to draw on. Our technicians are EPA Certified and trained in many types of equipment.

All projects have ther unique details which determine the pricing. That is why we provide a written quotation for installations and repairs.
How did you get started in this business?
Upon graduation from engineering college, the owner started began organizing and supervising all types of hvac projects.
