Other Services

Dematting  : We will do dematting for your Cats/Dogs to remove fur tangles in a painless way to avoid ripping out coat or having to cut out the mat by using best grooming brushes and combs. After effects of mat removal procedures can include itchiness, skin redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions. Prevention is the best defense against matting by scheduling regular grooming appointments.(Charged depending on how much matts needs to be brushed out)

$10.00 - $45.00

Undercoat removal/Deshedding : We recommend removing dead undercoat to help keep them cooler. The charge will depend on how much undercoat there will be.

$10.00 - $45.00

Extra Handling/Special care : Grooming procedures can sometimes be stressful for puppy on their first grooming or even the second ones, especially for a traumatized pet, senior pet and pets  with health problems and can expose hidden medical problems or aggravate a current one during or after the groom.  And because senior pets and puppy with health problems have a greater chance of injury, these pets will be groomed for cleanliness and comfort, in styles that will not add stress and special care charge will be applied.

$10.00 - $45.00

Aggressiveness : Not all pets are accepting of the grooming process.  Muzzle may be used if necessary.  Muzzling will not harm your pets and do not restrict the flow of air or oxygen, and protects both the pets and groomer.

$10.00 - $45.00

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have a lot of experience through out my journey with this business especially with types of people and how to approach their behaviors. There are some times that it's more stressful dealing with the owners than their pets but there's nothing more that satisfies me than giving service to these lovely pets.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Trust your groomer and never distract them or your pets while the grooming process is on because it gets very risky and dangerous when pets get distracted.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

We will not in any way will cover any expenses when Veterinary care is needed during the grooming process.
