At Woofgang Chester we take the time to discuss every aspect of our grooming process. We ask new clients many questions about their Pet to Ensure our Groomers can give the best possible service. We discuss price so new clients are aware of the cost . Communication is the key to making Clients happy and their Pet's looking and feeling great !

We found out Thru a fellow Franchise owner And opened Woofgang Chester in 2017 because we have a genuine love of Animals. They are our passion .

The advice we would give to a customer is to ask questions and give as much information as possible about their pet . Customers should be made aware of the entire grooming process .
