I live right in the middle of my sales zone. This is my 14th year. I was just named best agent in Burlington by New Jersey Magazine. I'm Best of in Philadelphia Magazine 2009-2018. I keep a limited amount of listings and buyer clients so that I can be within reach at all times. I am a Military wife that's also certified to help Military families relocate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Would like to start every relationship with a needs consultation. The more you share, the easier the process will be. Building trust and managing expectations is job 1. Having a good team around me sets me apart. I have superior relationships with Mortgage professionals, Inspectors, and contractors. With a company like BHHS, I have a processing unit 2nd to none. I pride myself on marketing my listings when they are ready, with a full photo shoot, and staging as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Green agent, with advanced knowledge of environmentally friendly construction. I'm a Military Relo Professional. I also train agents in my office.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview at least 3, and choose depending on your rapport, trust, and knowledge of the area you want to buy. There's nothing worse as an agent to hear about someone buying or selling a home with someone they didn't like or trust. It's the MOST money you will spend on anything in your lifetime. You should feel like your agent walks on water and will take a bullet for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much can we afford? Why are we doing this? Is this the area we are most comfortable purchasing?
