The facility offers two floors of monitored play with small group sizes, specialized play areas, daily report cards, and a midday manager-led walk for full-day dogs. Staff are trained in dog behavior and safety, and the space is maintained with pet- and environmentally safe cleaning protocols.

Daycare operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with convenient drop-off and pick-up and scheduling managed through the Gingr app/portal. Participation requirements include spay/neuter, current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, active flea prevention, and friendly behavior with dogs and people; owners sign a consent form on the first day. An evaluation day is available at no charge for up to six hours with drop-off by 7:30 a.m.
