I have been in real estate for over 35 years and am licensed in NH, MA & Maine as the Owner/Broker, REALTOR, Notary Public. I wake up every day excited to go to work and help customers and clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams!
I love to help people and share my passion and knowledge of real estate with them in order to provide the best possible experience I can for them! I have experience in resale home, land development, distressed property sales, investment, commercial and rental properties.
I have had the priveledge of obtaining multiple top producer awards and designations throughout the years, as wekk as small business person of the year for Londonderry 5 out of 4 years via Alignable and more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak on the phone or in-person to get an idea of what your personal goal is and then structure a plan to achieve it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years of Real Estate experience in working and specializing as both a Buyer's Agent and or as a Seller's Agent. I also have vast knowledge of the many special mortgage programs available today, to help both buyer and seller put and keep a sale together. And Steve has great negotiation and communication skills also help the sale.

Our company goal is to work with buyers and sellers alike and formulate a plan that is both comfortable and affordable for the parties we represent based on the services they are in need of.
How did you get started in this business?
I had an interest in real estate, a friend of mine was going to school to study for the exam, I joined him, passed the test and found my passion in real estate, the rest is history :)
