What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like talking on the phone. It helps define issues and resolve problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught trainer. I started in rescue and then, competition. No two dogs are the same.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically its 50 for an evaluation. If aggression modification is the issue the price is higher. Obedience can be purchased as a package. 250.00 for 6 session.
How did you get started in this business?
I started training dogs when I was involved with rescue work. I found that obedient dogs are more confident and easier to live with

I have worked with Celebrity dogs such as Deborah Messing to PSTD vets.

Talk ask questions
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Beyond talent, a commitment is needed by everyone. If your trainer won't listen to you then you will not be a good team.
