We are a Residential Design firm. Established in January 2008, We create for you a custom dream home plan and Construction Documents (CD). Here at Dream Home Designs, we use the latest 3D technology to show you what your new dream home will look like before you build it. We will work with you to create a dream home plan that is right for you & your family and your budget.
I enjoy designing dream homes. Customers will come to me with various ideas pictures and sketches and I will take their information and their input to create their own custom designed Dream Home. Our plans are created in a 3D program so we can show the customers what it looks like inside and outside. Our slogan is: "See your dream home in 3D before you build it!"

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start with we do an introduction to get the customer comfortable with us by answering their questions and showing them examples of our work. Next, we look at the customer's ideas, their sketches and photos to get a feel of what they are looking for. Then we work up a design agreement for creating their Dream Home Plans and Construction Documents. Once the Design Agreement is signed and a deposit is made, then we start work on their new Dream Home. We work closely with the customer to create a design that fits their family's needs and budget.
