What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers post the job they need help with. Sweeps then selects the best suited college students to help them out, and confirms the time and date. The job gets done, and the students fill out time sheets. The customer has a chance to review the time sheets, then payment is processed via credit card.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We vet and filter student applicants and award them to jobs based on their skills, experience, and reviews from previous customers. We are confident in our matching capabilities, and make sure that the best suited student is on the job.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
We charge $35 per person per hour.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started this business working odd jobs ourselves!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with thousands of customers, helping everyone from busy moms, the elderly, and young professionals. We provide excellent customer service no matter the customer.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently built a brick pathway for a customer in Chapel Hill. The job required grading the land to prevent the path from flooding, and finished with a nice landscaped border.
