    Frequently asked questions

I first meet with them to review the projects, see their space and to pinpoint exactly what areas they want to improve, work on and/or create.  As we walk through each room, we talk about what they want to do or what the purpose of that room will be, what furniture the room may need, paint vs wallpaper, window treatments, likes/dislikes. needs/wants, color schemes, and more. I then do research based on what they tell me and meet again with the client to show them my findings and let them tell me what like and don't like. We will most likely need to meet agai as the work progreses. I'll guide them, but definitley want their input. It is my goal to involve the client in all aspects of the project.

I was around a designer growing up and was involved in the decisions my parents made for furnishing their home. I later realized I liked to mix and match colors, mix and match styles, and generally like all colors.
