What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to speak to our clients first to go over what their goals are for their family member , so our first appointment we do ask for a little extra time to meet with them and answer questions as well as to take our time with their pet so everyone is as comfortable as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am a master certified groomer with Nash academy, I also am a certified instructor for show grooming , I also hold a bachelors in animal behavior.

we do have a standard pricing scale with starting prices listed on our website . Price is based on size , breed , condition and style client is looking for.
How did you get started in this business?
i grew up with animals and helped in a farm where we ran a 4 H program for kids/adults with disabilities I trained most of the horses for this , over the years I then transitioned into working with rescue groups getting pets ready for adoption and showing dogs which lead into grooming show dogswith that passion I turned it into a career by offering pet grooming and other services so I can be with my family and still do what I love.
What types of customers have you worked with?
i work with all clients from show standard clients ready for the ring to seniors needing a sensible trim to keep their companion comfortable and manageable.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
please make sure your groomer is licensed , insured and certified to be a groomer as you want the best , safest person working with your pet so they are comfortable and trimmed correctly.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
price range they are comfortable with , is this a realistic price, how are their pets being cared for during their visit to the groomer , are the tools cleaned properly are they going to be in a kennel all day and worked on in-between other pets as this can be stressful with the added noise and in and out of other clients or is your groomer going to work with your pet on a one on one time frame .
