What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome them to my services and explain how it works. I am detailed and courteous. I am happy to have them aboard and they tell me how they want the groom done their way. I treat fur babies with a lot of love, TLC and gentle touch that they deserve in a groom. I make them feel good.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified 15 year experienced Pet groomer and handler graduate from Nash Academy of Animal Arts in Lexington Kentucky. I have a bather and brusher award from Burbank California and have groomed celebrity pets. I have managed 3 salons prior to my businesses
