About
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Charlotte real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
You can follow me on facebook, Linkedlin, and my website at olympianow.com
I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to meet with customers and outline the most important things needed to ensure that all of their must haves, needs, wants, and timeframes are clearly Understood.
We then walk through what the process will look like from beginning to end, answering questions, concerns, and the handling of any problems that may arise.
In the next step, with complete communication, everything comes together as we move through the process to ensure a successful closing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Starting with my first job as a teenager all the way up to now I have directly worked with people, so my skills of communicating, listening, and understanding others needs, are ingrained in me.
I have over 20 years of education and training in several areas of real estate which are sales, construction, appraisal, management, investment, and accounting.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing system for my services are based on commission which is general a percentage of the purchase price that can range from 2% to 7%. Other fees may arise but are not commonly charged.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been in sales for over 20 years, which I love. My father worked and owned a construction business, so I grew up around the real estate industry.
In 2006 I decided to put together my two favorite things to do (sales & real estate) to have the ideal career. And now I'm loving every day at work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I enjoy working with both residential buyers and sellers. And I have worked with all types; first timers, investors, seniors, empty nesters, distressed properties, foreclosures, short sales, new contruction, and all price ranges.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event that I am fond of is working with investors. It allows me to work with both the selling and contractors side of the business, my two loves.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Buying and selling real estate requires more than knowing how to buy and sell real estate. A pro understands that real estate is the location, the structure, the finance, the legal process, the investment aspect, and the required management skills. So don't look for a salesperson, when you need a real estate professional.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. How will buying or selling now affect your plans in the future? It's your "Why"
2. What are you not willing to do?
3. What sacrifices are you willing to make to buy or sale a home?
4. How would you like to be treated by your pro?
