What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to introduce myself and explain what methods I go through in order to get a job done. I answer all and any questions that the new customer may have. I make them feel as comfortable as Possible so that they know that I care about the job from start all the way to the finish. I not only care about the job, but I care about the customer as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications In all different types of cleaning and small and large jobs such as stripping floors, completing a move out cleaning , doing a deep cleaning, types of products to use on the different types of fabrics, flooring, and tiles. Also, I have certifications In the usage of different types of chemicals and what they can be mixed with and what they can harm. I have taken special classes to ensure that I can bend and lift properly when lifting and moving heavy objects to prevent the harm of my back, muscles, or any other part of my body. After all, I'm NOT getting any younger!!! 😆
