Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment is scheduled for one of our Foreman to visit the property and assess the work requested. A typed or written proposal will be sent to the customer within 1-2 days after the appointment. Certificate of insurance will be sent to the customer upon their request.
Customer is to contact us via email or phone to schedule the work.
