What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After signing an agreement, I coordinate a mutually convenient time to inspect and provide a written report. Before finalizing the report, I call client and discuss findings and observations. This is all completed meeting the client’s schedule to closure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have engineering degrees from accredited institutions and over 35-years of engineering, construction, and management experience. Currently licensed in the State of North Carolina as a Home Inspector and General Contractor. Hold a small Unmanned Aircraft System license from the FAA qualified to fly drones for aerial photography and video.

How did you get started in this business?
After retiring from service, I decided to employ my experience in helping people achieve their American dream of owning a house.

I participate in educational seminars of various communities reaching-out to low income and disadvantage residents achieve their independence in owning their home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don’t expect, Inspect! Protect your biggest investment regardless of the age of the property you are about to buy!
